How Do We Work Together?
Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy
Initial Assessment
You will meet with your doctor of physical therapy in a 1:1 session where she will evaluate and assess your current situation, goals, and help to create a plan for you moving forward. These sessions take place in the comfort of your own home (we come to you!) and are approximately 60-90 minutes.
Follow Up Sessions
You will meet with your doctor of physical therapy in a 1:1 session where you will work together to follow your initial game plan to work towards your goals. These sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and are composed of specific rehab exercises, performance training, and hands-on care.
Individual & Team Volleyball Performance Training
Initial Assessment
You will meet with your doctor of physical therapy & volleyball training specialist in a 1:1 session where she will evaluate and assess your current situation, goals, and help to create a plan for you moving forward. These sessions take place at the individual/team training facility. Individual initial assessment sessions for private training are 45-60 minutes. For teams, we set aside approximately 30 minutes per athlete for the initial assessment and schedule either a morning or afternoon where assessments take place back-to-back, followed by a short clinic to review results with the team.
Individual/Team Training
We offer monthly and weekly training options with our volleyball specialist that include in-person training sessions, custom strength and conditioning programming, skill specific technique work, and touchpoints as needed with your specialist. This option is perfect for teams/coaches that want to focus their strategy on game play and delegate conditioning and skill work to a professional.
