Frequently Asked Questions

Have a specific question? Please feel free to email us,
call our office, or fill out this information form.
  • Do you take my insurance?
On The Move is an out-of-network provider with all insurances and we will not bill your insurance company for you. The reason we are out-of-network is to provide you with the best 1-on-1 care possible, by working directly with patients, tailoring treatment and plans to exactly what you need to reach your goals, without any restrictions. You are welcome to request an invoice from us in order to submit to your insurance, if you have out of network benefits allowing for reimbursement. For more information on how this works, please contact our office at (740) 590-3923.
  • What if I don't have insurance?
No problem at all! We offer affordable cash/private pay rates for physical therapy and performance training.
  • How much do you charge?
Pricing varies based on the type of service that we agree upon after our initial visit. You will never receive a surprise bill from us in the future. What you see is what you get! To determine if our services are the right fit for you, we offer complimentary consultations. Click here to book a time! Payment is due at the time of each session. Depending on the custom plan determined for you by your specialist, we may offer paid-in-full package options and/or payment plans.
  • What about HSA/FSA?
We accept HSA/FSA debit cards as a payment option for physical therapy services.
  • Do I need a referral from my doctor to work with Dr. Brandis?
No. The state of Georgia is a "direct access" state for physical therapy, meaning you can seek care from a PT directly as soon as you need help. Dr. Brandis will work with you to create a plan of care that will best suite your needs. If longer term care and services are needed, we will help you seek guidance from your physician and request a referral if needed.
  • Where is the office located?
We come to you! As a mobile practice, we are able to meet you at your home or training facility.
  • Do you only work with volleyball players?
While On The Move specializes in working with volleyball players, we work with all athletes who are having musculoskeletal (joint, muscle) pain or difficulties with their performance, as well as strength & conditioning to help athletes perform at the highest level.
